Big Field Of Late Models At Western Speedway
By Ken Keating
Saturday, September 3rd, Western Speedway will play host to the first ever A.S.A. B.C. Late Model Advance Testing Tour Championship with the Canada 200 and sponsored by O'Dell Slinger and race night events sponsored by IslandCarBuyer.com. Previously this series was known as the Katana Boat Sportsman Series and had built a great following with races in many parts of B.C. that included Vernon, Penticton, Saratoga, Western Speedway, and many others. Many venues would see upwards to thirty-five cars try to qualify. This season, The American Speed Association became the sanctioning body and success has followed them as they have appeared at several tracks throughout 2011. Tonight is their Championship night and their last appearance for this season so all drivers will be going all out for those Championship points. Tom Berrow is the current leader and has a very slim lead over Geoff Morris, Dave Hemrich, Brent Morris, and Korbin Thomas within striking distance. Winners, so far, June 4, - Winner: #86 Tom Berrow at the Motoplex Speedway - Vernon, July 16, - Winner: #14 Brandon Carlson, Saratoga Speedway - Black Creek, July 30, (Day 1) - Winner: #5 Korbin Thomas, Penticton Speedway - Penticton, :: "Gordie Mannes Memorial", July 31, (Day 2) - Winner: #33 Dave Hemrich Penticton Speedway - Penticton, :: "Gordie Mannes Memorial", and August 20, - Winner: #52 Geoff Morris, Agassiz Speedway - Agassiz. The race day schedule calls for ASA Practice: 1:00 to 2:00 and ASA Practice: 3:00 to 4:00, Qualifying: 6:00 and Racing: 7:00 PM. The night's program will hold an ASA A Dash, ASA B Dash, Local Races with the OTRA Series and a 200 Lap Main Event (start 25 cars). Murray Dyck will bring his new Westar Trailer Impala to the CANADA 200 this Saturday as well as Wade Bland with maybe the only Ford Fusion running.
On September 4th last season, because of time limits and the many yellow flags, the race was brought to an end with Korbin Thomas claiming the win followed by Darrell Midgley, Tim Christy, Brandon Carlson, and Bart Smith rounding out the top five positions after one-hundred and eight-seven laps. On August 6th, Doug Richens and Robbie Haslam shared the front row as twelve Late Models lined up for the green flag and fifty laps of racing ahead of them. Richens led for the first two laps that saw some bumping as faster cars tried for the lead. Jason Terasenko, back in the field, got turned around going through turn one bringing out the yellow. Damage to his car was just cosmetic and the loose parts were quickly pulled off allowing him to return to the track sacrificing just one spot. On the double file restart, Richens and Haslam were again side by side and Richens got squeezed again sending him to the pits. On lap four Dale Robinson grabbed the lead followed by Wade Bland and Rory Smith. On lap eight, Smith made the pass and moved into second dropping Bland back to third with Brandon Carlson behind him. On lap nine, Smith dove to the inside and made the pass for the lead and Carlson also went by both Bland and Robinson and took over the second spot. On lap fifteen, Terasenko had moved very quickly coming through the pack and into the third spot and began his charge to the front. On lap twenty-eight, Terasenko passed Carlson and took over the second spot and continued to run fast laps as he started to reel in Smith in the lead. On lap thirty-three Terasenko dove to the inside and passed Smith for the lead, a lead he would not give up. A few years ago Terasenko was a terror on the Western Speedway oval and he has not lost his touch here as he went on to take the Late Model Feature event followed by Smith, Carlson, Gord Quaite, and Bland rounding out the top five positions.
Tonight Western Speedway also hosts the O.T.R.A. Series with their brand of open wheel competition. This series always fields great looking cars but don't let that fool you. They are highly competitive and are very fast. On August 6th, Kail Beck and James Miller had the front row for the O.T.R.A. Feature event and Beck got the early lead until Miller passed him on lap three. On lap five George Jenson moved up to run second and then took the lead on lap eight dropping Miller back to second with Larry Joyce now running third. On lap eleven, James Campbell, always a top contender entered the pits with an apparent problem. On lap seventeen, Joyce passed Miller to take over the second spot and set his sites on Jenson. Dennis and Rob Morneau traded positions in the late stages of this race but it was Jenson who hung on for the win followed by Joyce, Rob Morneau, Roger Beck, and Miller rounding out the top five positions.

Big Crowd, Big Rigs, Big Crash - Western Speedway
By Ken Keating
Another large crowd filled Western Speedway to watch the Demo Cars, Demo Trucks, Figure 8s, and the Bombers Saturday night. Along with the Demo Series, the Big Rigs made a return visit to the Langford oval along with a Total Destruction event and a semi truck jump sponsored by Wilson & Proctor Engine Rebuilders and William Scrap Metal. Smokin Joe Liberatore continued his quest and fund raising for the Cops For Cancer and on this night he collected $3,574.00 for the cause with more events planned over the next short period of time with proceeds going to help those less fortunate.
Trophy Dash wins went to Chris Stone in the Bomber Series, Robin Trotter in the Demo Cars, Rhett Szevics in Figure 8s, Corey McMeckan and Cam Sully in the Big Rig clash, and Paul Scotthorne in the Demo Truck Series. Paul asked, "Can I just stay here? It took five years to get here can't I just stay??" This was his first win in the Demo Truck class although one of his drivers is leading the points chase in that series as Kevin Knight is a consistent winner in a Scotthorne owned truck. Heat race winners were Daniel David and Heath Cooper in the Bomber Series, Kirk Peacey in the Demo Cars, Richard Milne in Demo Trucks, Dan Madden in the Figure 8s, and Darwin Berdahl and Colin Fraser in the Big Rigs. Glen Creed put on quite a smoke show in his dump truck doing a big burnout and several donuts in the center of the track that left piles of burning rubber long after he completed the run.
There was a very small field of Figure 8s that took the grid for the Feature event, but that didn't stop the big hits. Ashton Campbell came away with the win and only three cars were left running. Dan Baluch led for most of this race but lost the lead on lap twenty to Campbell. Rhett Szevics got hit dead on at the crossover and could not refire and two other drivers also collided at the crossover. Baluch and Jeff Foley rounded out the top three.
Robin Trotter inherited the lead from Kirk Peacey on lap five of the Demo Car Main event and went unchallenged the rest of the way for the win. Mike Noyce and Mike Buhlert rounded out the top three positions. Peacey led for two laps before entering the pits with a problem. Cody Sadler led the way for three laps in the Demo Truck Series until he was passed by Richard Milne on lap four. Kevin Knight also moved into contention on lap four taking the second spot as Paul Scotthorne moved to third. On lap six, George Haywood passed Scotthorne and took over the third spot. When the chequered flag dropped, Milne had the win with Knight on his bumper and Haywood holding on to the third spot.
Mike Melin and Mark Lockhart shared the front row for the start of forty laps of racing in the Bomber Series. Mark Lockhart had the lead for the first eleven laps until he was passed by Heath Cooper with Chris Broughton taking the second spot and Chris Stone also in the mix taking the third position. On lap twenty-one, Stone pulled his car into the pits with a problem handing the third position to Brandon Steen. Over the next several laps, Cooper worked himself into a decent lead as the he worked through lapped traffic. Behind him Broughton and Brandon Steen were running side by side for the second and third spot. On lap thirty-three the red flag came out as Melin spun in turn two. When he tried to re-fire his car caught on fire. On the restart, Cooper now had Broughton and Steen on his rear bumper but he was able to maintain the lead but on the next lap the red flag came out again as Steen nailed the frontstretch wall as something broke in his car. He was not injured in this crash but his night was finished. When the chequered flag dropped, Cooper secured the win followed by Broughton, Tyler Clough, Jamie Morgan, and Lockhart rounding out the top five.
Eleven Big Rig trucks lined up for their Feature event scheduled for thirty-five laps. The first red flag came out on lap three as two trucks got together that include Corey McMeckan with McMeckan hitting the wall, between corner one and two, thus ending his night as the steering suffered lots of damage. On the restart, Terrill Schmidt grabbed the lead but on lap six, Cam Sully passed for the lead with a good battle behind him for the second spot that included Glen Creed, Schmidt, Ron Singer, and Darren Berdahl. On lap thirteen Berdahl moved into the second spot as Creed moved to run third. On lap seventeen the red came out again as Peter Van Dyke, in the Pinkfoot truck, got together with another truck and the race was stopped to clear the wreckage. Van Dyke entered the pits with his run finished with a lot of damage to the front end. Neither driver was hurt in this crash but the front steering was completely ripped from under the other truck. With time a factor, the race was shortened to twenty laps with Sully taking the win followed by Darren Berdahl and Glen Creed rounding out the top three. All drivers had trophies presented to them by Betty Kate and Kecia Bremner at Victory Square.
After several minutes of bang and crash, Mike Noyes came away with the win in the Total Destruction event as he was the "last car standing". The ramps were put in place as well as several catch cars and a school bus as Gary Williams prepared to jump a semi truck. He barrelled down the track and over the ramp flying several feet before plowing into the top of the bus imbedding the semi into the roof and turning the bus almost over on its side. A very excited Williams exited the semi unhurt in this spectacular jump, one of the few remaining vehicles he has not tried over the ramps to this point. What's next for Gary?? Who knows?
The next event at Western Speedway is Championship night for the Steve Copp Construction sponsored Hornet Series scheduled for August 31st. This is the last race of the regular season for the highly competitive Hornet cars. The next regular race is scheduled for September 3rd with the first ever ASA Advnce Testing Tour with the Late Model Series in the Canada 200. Also on this card is the OTRA series and their open wheel action.

Red Lion, Pa. driver holds of Kinser during late race restarts for first win of ‘11
EDMONTON, Alberta — Aug. 27, 2011 — As he rolled out of turn four and towards the start finish line after clearing the scales, Cody Darrah’s crew greeted him with shouts and fist’s in the air. Darrah, a native of Red Lion, Pa. had just held off 20 time champion Steve Kinser and teammate Brad Sweet for his second career victory and, in the process, became the overall Oil Cup Champion for the weekend at Castrol Raceway in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
POINT LEADER WHITNEY WINS 410 FEATURE AT SKAGIT SPEEDWAY
By Kelly Hart
The weekend before the World of Outlaw Show at ASA member track Skagit Speedway saw Jesse Whitney win the 410 feature, Mack Brown captured the 360 Sprint main, Justin Youngquist won his second straight feature in the Sportsman Sprints and Tyler Ketchum was the Outlaw Hornet winner.
In the 410 division point leader Whitney cruised around a spinning Otto Jorgenson on the second lap to take the lead and hold on for the 25-lap main event victory. Whitney won the heat and Travis Jacobson set fast time at 11.559.
Jacobson set fast time for the Budweiser 360 Sprints as well with a 12.327 clocking. Kelsey Carpenter and Mack Brown won the heat races. In the 25-lap main, Rod Perkins held the top spot for the first 15 laps before Brown took over the top spot. A lap 22 caution tightened the field and Brown and Jacobson went wheel to wheel almost turning both cars over coming out of turn two before both collected themselves and raced to the line for the victory. Mack Brown the winner, Jacobson, Perkins, Bud Ashe and Devin Madonia rounding out the top 5.
The last two Cook Road Shell Sportsman Sprint mains have been won by Justin Youngquist. "The Beast" split two cars coming out of turn two on the opening lap to lead and was never headed the remaining 20 go-arounds. Brandon Harkness peaked at the rear nerf bar a few times but could not get around the young racer for the top spot. Cory Swatzina and point leader Derek Roberts were the heat race winners.
In a wild Outlaw Hornet feature which was called after 15 laps and the time limit as the third rollover of the event brought out the red flag. Greg Hibma, Adam Holtrop and Wade Swatzina all got serious air in their rollovers. Tyler Ketchum was declared the winner with Freddy Vela and Eric Thibert second and third. Ketchum and Rick Young won the heat races.

Wild Night at Deming Ends with O’Brien in Victory Lane
8/26/11
With new clay laid down during the week, drivers didn’t know what to expect heading into Les Schwab night at Deming Speedway. At the end of a wild, crash filled evening, Dustin O’Brien found victory lane for the first time in 2011 in the Speedmart Hoosier 600 division. Aaron Fell, Austin Sheridan, Isaac Abenroth and Devin Barnes also won main events.
After finishing as the runner up an astounding nine times on the year, Dustin O’Brien survived a carnage filled A Main in the Speedmart Hoosier 600 division to take his first victory of the year. In a feature marred by at least three red flags on close to ten cautions, O’Brien led every lap of the time shortened 16 lap feature, followed by Alex Gauthier and JR Thomas. Liam Ryan was quick time. Heat wins went to Gauthier, Hayden Schmidt and Brock Lemley.
Survival was the name of the game in the 1200 main. With drivers navigating their way as best as possible around the soft surface, Aaron Fell emerged victorious by loosening his car up as much as possible to help navigate the various bumps and jumps. Aaron took over the lead from Frosty Metcalfe on lap 22 when Frosty bounced up the track in turn two. Fell was followed to the line by Brock Lemley and Metcalfe. Lemley was quick time. Derek Holmwood and Tyson Cross won the heats.
Austin Sheridan was happy to be the recipient of some good luck in the 600 Restricted feature. Austin was moved to the pole position after the initial front row could not stay side by side to start the race. This put Sheridan on the point, a spot he would not relinquish. Bill Mercer finished a career best second and Derrick Moss ran third. Hannah Lindquist was the fast qualifier and heat wins went to Ian Humphries, Dylan Resch and Jacob Brown.
Ashton Dial and Darius Walker’s misfortune paved the way for another Isaac Abenroth victory in the Kasey Kahne Junior Sprint division. Dial had Walker right on his tail on the white flag lap coming into turn two as both drivers were looking for career best finishes. Dial unfortunately found a rut, hooking it and sending him tumbling, catching Darius in his wake. The wreck would cost both drivers their positions, handing the lead and the win to Isaac Abenroth two laps later. Ashleigh Johnson finished second and Sawyer Sorgenfrei was third. Abenroth set quick time. Johnson and Jesse Schlotfledt won the heats
Cage Carts came to Deming Speedway to test and put on an exhibition race. Devin Barnes was the class of the field, winning both the heat race and the main.

Kalispell Toyota Late Model Series filled with drama heading into NAPA 125 this weekend
KALISPELL, Mont. (August 24, 2011)-With just two races left in the chase for the 2011 Kalispell Toyota Late Model Series championship, all eyes will be on current points leader Cameron Hayley and his closest challenger-Ryan Wells-as the stars of Montana Raceway Park’s premier division prepare for the NAPA 125 Late Model Shootout to held Saturday, Aug. 27.
Both drivers scored top-2 finishes in the Aug. 13 Best of the West Tundra 125 with Hayley passing Wells late in the race for the victory. The pass netted Hayley the top spot in the championship chase by a mere 18 points over Wells with only two races remaining in the season.
Wells scored the Cold Smoke Fast Time Award at the Aug. 13 race and appeared to have the car to beat for the victory, but admits that being in front of the field may not have worked to his advantage.
“We came into the race saying we were going to drive the wheels off the car and get out front and we did just that. But in looking back at it going balls to the wall may have used up the tires and allowed (Hayley) to get around us there in the end,” Wells said.
“We’ll regroup and give’em hell at the (NAPA 12) that’s for sure.”
Hayley will also have to contend with a stellar field of entries this weekend if he hopes to maintain the championship lead. Heading the line-up will be David Garber, Mark Owens and defending series champion Bodie Morton as all three drivers are separated by 11 points in positions third through fifth in the standings with Morton only 46 points out of first place.
Big Rigs Invade Western Speedway
By Ken Keating
Western Speedway welcomes the Demo Cars, Demo Trucks, Bombers, and the Mini Figure 8's sponsored by Wilson & Proctor - Engine Rebuilders & Truck Parts on Saturday, August 27th. Also on this program is the long awaited return of the Big Rigs plus a Semi Tractor Jump, and a Total Destruction event sponsored by William Scrap Metal. Gary Williams has completed a jump in Limos, trucks and campers pulling a boat, a couple of bus jumps, and is set to attempt a tractor jump this same night. This is close to the last vehicle left on wheels that he hasn't tried previously to get over a ramp. Peter Van Dyke has a big Peterbuilt truck and it is one of the more popular and faster trucks called "Pinkfoot".Langford's own Glen Creed usually can be found in the top trucks driving his big Louisville Ford and has a great knowledge of Western Speedway as a past Champion in the Demo Series as well as a Big Rig Championship. Last August, Cory Mckmeekin led ten trucks for the drop of the green flag and twenty-five laps of racing for the Big Rigs. Before the first lap was complete, Colin Fraser took the lead and was quickly followed by Peter Van Dyke and Ron Singer Jr. On lap twelve, Van Dyke, from Airdrie Alberta, took over the lead with Darren Berdahl taking the second spot two laps later. Glen Creed made his move to the third spot on lap fifteen as both he and Berdahl tried to reel in the leader. Several times it looked like Van Dyke was about to spin out with Berdahl trying to get the inside groove but the veteran driver shut the door each time. On the final lap, Van Dyke again went a little wide and it looked like Berdahl would make it with the chequered flag in sight. Van Dyke was able to win the drag race and came in with the victory with Berdahl in second and Creed finishing third right behind Berdahl.
The last appearance for the Demo Series was the two day Weekend of Mayhem held August 11th and 12th. Along with the Demos, there was a two day combined points for the first ever Island Bomber Championships pitting Bombers from Saratoga against the Bombers from Western Speedway. Chris Broughton made a successful return, after a lengthy absence, and won the fifty lap Feature event on day one. Heath Cooper also found Victory Square on day two holding off a determined Brandon Steen. Over the two days, however, Steen accumulated enough combined points to walk away with the Island Bomber Championship and also enough points to take over the lead in the points battle for this year's Championship.
On day two, Andrew Buchanan and Jacob Burns shared the front row for the start of the Figure 8 Feature event but it was Kail Beck that took the lead on lap two followed by Sean Welsh two laps later. As in last night's race, the track was littered with stalled or damaged cars and at times it looked more like a total destruction event as several cars suffered big hits. On lap nine Ashton Campbell moved up to take the second spot dropping Welsh back to third. Dan Madden moved into contention on lap nineteen taking over the third spot. On lap twenty-three Kyle Rizok moved into the third spot dropping Welsh back to fourth. Up front Beck was still gingerly picking his way through traffic and through the many obstacles that lay ahead of him and many times he got hit. When the dust settled Beck came through for the win followed by Campbell and Rizok rounding out the top three. Fifteen cars started the race with only four cars left running and at the end Beck was the only car on the lead lap.
Bruce Knight had the pole for the start of the Demo Truck Feature event but Richard Garhardt led the first lap only to give that up to George Haywood who led the next two. Kevin Knight spun Haywood around and took the lead on lap four as Richard Milne also moved up to run in third. Kevin cruised through for his fifth Feature win in 2011 followed by Haywood and Milne rounding out the top three positions. Kevin has run many different Series but seems to have success with the Paul Scotthorne owned and sponsored Demo Truck team called The Team Punishment Knight Racing.
Greg Sagmoen was looking for his second clean sweep of the weekend as he started fourth in the Demo Car Feature event. He took the lead before the end of the first lap followed by Bryce Muir for two laps until Keith Hansen took the second spot on lap three as Troy Tarbuck took the third spot on the same lap. Smokin Joe Liberatore's engine blew up early and the red flag came out on lap nine as Mark Cresswell spun out, with some help, and had his car almost on its side as he slid into the light standard going into turn three. His car landed back on its wheels and he was not hurt but his night came to an end. On the restart, Sagmoen again grabbed the lead and was cruising when, with just two laps remaining, his tire went flat sending him to the pits. Troy Tarbuck came home with the win with Sagmoen still finishing second in another wild Demo Car Feature.
Kyle Matthews and Brenden Moore shared the front row for fifty laps of racing in the Island Bombers Championship race with Moore getting the early lead followed quickly by Tyler Woods and Mike Ryce. On lap four, Chris Broughton moved into the fourth spot with Heath Cooper and Brandon Steen putting themselves in contention. On lap twelve, Steen took over the lead with Broughton moving in to run second and Cooper into third. On lap seventeen, Cooper made a pass for second dropping Broughton back to third while Jamie Morgan and John Zanette moved into the top five and had the best race for position for several laps. On lap thirty-three, Steen was issued a stop and go for running under the twenty second mark and entered the pits surrendering the lead to Cooper followed by Broughton and Zanette and Morgan still in the mix. On lap thirty-nine, Zanette took over the second spot dropping Broughton back to third who now had Steen back in the hunt running fourth. About this same time, flagman issued a black flag to Zanette for running too fast a lap, a flag that was ignored as he continued to run. This resulted in a DQ for the Port Alberni driver. After fifty laps of racing Cooper drove to the chequered flag followed by Brandon Steen, Rob Gaudreault, Chris Broughton, and Jamie Morgan rounding out the top five positions. The run for the Island Bomber Championship sees Brandon Steen with 202 points followed by Chris Broughton - 191, Jamie Morgan - 186, Aaron Cameron - 157, and Dennis Stewart - 156 points rounding out the top five in the two day total points chase. Championship Night is not far off so you can bet all these drivers will be driving to the limit to gather all the points they can from here on out. Come out early for the best seats as they will go quickly.

Saratoga Bikinis and Boats
By Terry Guest
Twenty-four year old Luschia Bakker-Ayers out of Qualicum Beach managed to defeat 6 other beautiful contestants to win the 3rd annual Bikini contest at Saratoga Speedway on Saturday. #59 Ted Dimitrov also had a great win on the night; managing to outlast 7 other cars to win our last Boat race of the season.
The Roadrunners were up in car count on Saturday; 5 cars qualified with the best time going to #19 Tyrome Pollock who set a time of 20.575. #66 Nick Leavitt won the Dash, but was unable to catch Pollock in the 8 lap heat race, giving Pollock his first win at Saratoga Speedway. Pollock started 2nd in the main event and used his advantage to take an early and he never looked back from there, easily wining the 20 lap feature. #11 Derrik Senft finished 2nd, with 3rd going to #25 Andrea Cannon.
The Crash to Pass cars made their 3rd to last appearance of the season on Saturday. #72 Travis Stevenson set fast time in qualifying with a time of 19.091. #11 Dan Kemp won his first dash of the season. Stevenson dominated the field to take the win in the 10 lap heat. #01 Jeff May dominated the main event, but on the last lap, #89 Gregg Sagmoen spun him out on the backstretch and took the lead and held it from there. Stevenson would finish 2nd, with 3rd going to May.
#01 Kevin Lawrenuk once again set fast time in qualifying in the Hornet division, setting a time of 18.578. #28 Brianne Fenn won the C dash, #59 Ted Dimitrov won the B, and #08 Daryn Cahill won the A dash. Brianne continued her winning ways into the C heat, leading all but 2 laps. #14 Kyle Fallowfield won the B heat in a borrowed race car; and #03 Jennifer Lawrenuk held off the field to take the win in the A heat. 22 cars took the green flag for their 30 lap feature. #59 Ted Dimitrov held the early lead but lost it on lap 12 to #08 Daryn Cahill. He and his brother Daryl battled hard the rest of the way but Daryn managed to hold his brother off to take the win. Daryn ended up finishing 2nd, with 3rd going to #01 Kevin Lawrenuk.
Extra laps… Next weekend the Old Time Racing Association with be at the Speedway for their last appearance of the season. These old vintage cars range anyways from the 1920’s to the 1940’s. The I.M.C.A Modifieds, Dwarf cars and the Bomber cars will round out next weekend’s schedule. September 3rd and 4th marks our very popular Canadian-American Demolition derby. The first night will feature a demolition race, which is like our Crash to Pass cars but with a lot more hitting. The second night will be the actual demolition derby. We will also be hosting the Figure 8 “invitational” on those 2 nights. Make sure to check out these great racing events.

August 22, 2011. Sherwood Park, Alberta’s Noel Dowler AND the #5 EMCO Dodge team continue to make great strides during the 2011 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series season. During round number nine on the famed Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal Dowler continued to make tremendous progress during his first year of stock car racing.
Following appearances at EMCO locations featuring Dowler meeting with hundreds of EMCO employees and customers the team got down to work during the Thursday afternoon practice session. And for the second event in a row Dowler was on track in the #5 EMCO Dodge in wet conditions. “The rain arrived right before practice so we got a few laps in” said Dowler.
During the brief qualifying period Dowler made steady gains and qualified ahead of the rookie of the year points leader. “We were gaining on every lap we made” said Dowler. “This is a really challenging race track and I enjoyed learning each time around” he added.
With dozens of EMCO supporters in the stands watching Dowler took the green flag for the 100km event and continued to improve with each lap around the track in the #5 EMCO Dodge. “I got more comfortable as the race went on and made some passes and picked up some positions” he stated.
As the race concluded Dowler had gained eight positions in a very tough field of thirty seven competitors claiming a twentieth place result. “We brought the car home clean and had a really productive day” said Dowler.
