Danny Lasoski concluded a successful  DIRTcar Nationals week by winning the first World of Outlaws Main Event of 2012 at Volusia Speedway on Saturday night in his XXX chassis. Following up his Wednesday night win over the All Star Circuit of Champions, The Dude led all 30 laps of the main event on Saturday night to win his second feature of the week and take the initial lead in the World of Outlaws points standings. “I can’t say enough about this Triple X. It’s the first time I’ve driven them. It’s incredible!” exclaimed the excited winner in victory lane post race. Danny time trialed 12th of 35, then led every lap of every event he entered for the rest of the evening, which includes the eight lap heat, six lap dash and all 30 laps at world’s fastest half mile track. The win paid The Dude $10,000.
