Several hundred fans, at Western Speedway, settled in the stands expecting to see another great show put on by the I.M.S.4 Mini Stocks, the Island Dwarf Cars, the Stock Cars, and the Late Model Series. The evening began with Jeremy Stevens, returning to the Dwarf Car Series and winning the first Trophy Dash with Carl Carlson, driving for Bruce Garside, winning the second Dash. Giles Parenteau and Justin Woodske won the Dashes for the Mini Stock Series, while Bart Smith and Rory Smith won the Late Model Dashes, and Dean Macknery and Mike Derepentigny won their first ever Dashes in the Stock Car Series.

The next race, at Western Speedway, will see the return on the Stock Car Series along with the WilRoc Sprint Lites and the OTRA Series as they begin their 2011 season. The push trucks had just started the Sprint Cars for a demonstration race when the heavens opened up and drenched the track. The Speedway put on a valiant effort to dry the track but showers kept coming and washed the remainder of racing out. Tonight's ticket holders can use their tickets for any future regular night of racing.
