ASA RACING WELCOMES ULTRA COOL BRAKE FANS AS “OFFICIAL BRAKE COOLING SYSTEM”
DAYTONA BEACH, Florida — ASA Racing is proud to announce an agreement with Ultra Cool Brake Fans as the “Official Brake Cooling System” for the 2012 season. This contingency partnership is a benefit for competitors racing in the asphalt ASA Member Tracks and Sanctioned Series.
Throughout the season, Ultra Cool Fan Brakes will present product certificates at various ASA Member Tracks and ASA Sanctioned Series events. “This is a great opportunity for Ultra Cool Brake Fans to make our product available within the ASA family,” Jerry Robertson, Ultra Cool Brake Fans President said. “We feel that we have a product that will save competitors money and we hope many take advantage of it.”
Ultra Cool Brake Fans is a new innovative product that is designed to help racers in brake heat disbursement. Their product has been race tested and has proven to keep brakes cooler on the track. The brake fans fit securely within the wheel and are less likely to damage during on-track action. This is the only product on the market that cools the wheel side of the caliper. It pumps more CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) than conventional brake blowers. It weighs less than conventional brake ducts and blowers. The unique design allows the racer to double stack fans for added airflow and they make rotors and brake pads last longer.
“We are excited to welcome Ultra Cool Brake Fans to the ASA Racing family,” Dennis Huth, ASA President said. “Anytime we can offer a product that will help save racer’s money, we are proud to support. We appreciate Ultra Cool Brake Fans in presenting product certificates throughout our ASA Member Tracks and Series for the 2012 season. A partnership like this is a win-win for short track racing.”
